Charles Haskett

Mr. Haskett has over a decade of experience in the industry and has been involved in all aspects of multi-family construction and development from the ground up. After graduating from The University of Alabama, he began his professional career as a project engineer for Hathaway Development. Here he built projects in Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama before joining Doster Construction.

At Doster he held positions of assistant project manager, project manager, assistant superintendent, and superintendent, overseeing the construction of multiple luxury apartment communities, an assisted living facility, and two high schools. After Doster, Mr. Haskett re-joined the multifamily development community as Construction Manager for Arlington Properties where he oversaw the pre-construction and construction process for each development, as well as pursued new development opportunities.

To date, he has personally overseen the construction and development of over 3,000 apartment units representing over $330 million of costs.

Mr. Haskett currently lives with family in Mexico Beach, FL.

Justin Riggin

Justin is an Auburn Alumni and has over 15 years of experience in the construction and development industry. He has held various roles ranging from Superintendent and Project Management with large commercial construction companies to Director of Engineering with an international beverage manufacturer.  Most recently, Justin was an operations manager with a large commercial GC in metro Atlanta.  Justin has worked on an array of multi-family, high-rise, retail, office, government, heavy industrial, utility, wastewater, and educational/institutional projects. Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Justin Riggin has continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability.

Andrew Weems

A civil engineer by education, Mr. Weems has held various titles in engineering, project management, and production management in industrial and manufacturing industries over the past decade.  His process-focused background, combined with a need to be adaptive and innovative, supports a lean manufacturing mindset that focuses on improving safety, increasing project efficiency, and driving cost reduction. Most recently, Mr. Weems managed a team of 40 employees consisting of technical professionals, hourly employees, and subcontractors responsible for a $13M annual operating budget and five-year capital expenditure projects totaling over $7M. Andrew, his wife Maggie, and daughter Amelia currently live in Port St. Joe, FL.

Randy Wilder

Randy Wilder is a native of Gulf County. He spent over 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired back to his hometown. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in Security Management and has worked in project management since retiring from the Air Force in 2011.  Randy has been married to his wife Pam for 27 years and they have two children, Chase and Sophie. In Randy’s spare time, he enjoys fishing, boating and spending time with his family.

Bobby Childers

Immediately prior to joining Bonavic Construction in the summer of 2019, Mr. Childers spent over 20 years in the communications industry installing, programming, and servicing a variety of communication systems.  Before that he spent time working for various trades within the construction industry.  Among his vast experiences, there is very little he hasn’t seen or done first hand which allows him to bring a well-rounded skill set of knowledge, service, communication and attention to detail to the company.

Sam May

Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, Sam has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Sam has experience in commercial, industrial, and residential with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems. He is well-versed in equipment and supply procurement. He has the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously with multi-worker crews. Sam is a great team leader with hands-on experience using all tools and machinery necessary for the job. Sam would like to grow within the company in the next few years and move on up to a higher role.
