The Yard on Mill

The Yard on Mill is a 240 unit Class A suburban multifamily development located in LaGrange, GA, 60 miles South West of downtown Atlanta, and within the master planned mixed use community Mill Creek Station.

LaGrange has a long standing reputation as a solid industrial and manufacturing hub, but like many small towns across the nation it struggled to attract large residential developers and home builders despite solid job growth in its mostly blue-collar job market due to local price levels and super-hot markets in larger metros.  In fact, prior to The Yard on Mill the last notable multifamily project developed was delivered in 2009.  However, Bonavic was able to negotiate a tax re-allocation plan with the city that allowed us to deliver an upscale market project at affordable rates. 

Construction began in July 2019 and is expected to be completed fall of 2020 with first units becoming available in early summer.

Copperfield
