Bonavic Development’s primary focus is on market rate multi-family communities in the Southeastern U.S. Our experience has allowed us to excel in garden style suburban product, but also gives us the capabilities to pursue opportunities in other product types including single family for rent as well as denser urban projects such as wrap or podium products.
